This report by the Fraunhofer Society and EBTC highlights the recent and future developments of cleaner public bus transport in European and India. Even though HEB and PEB are still at a nascent stage in terms of public appearance, several OEMs have found commercially applicable solutions that would benefit today’s problems caused by rapid urbanization and demographic growth especially in emerging economies like India.
